Hi, Here's the situation in brief: My soon to be business partner is in charge with the day to day runnings of our new design agency business. He's great at sales and ethusiasm, but has very little knowledge of the market. However I don't have the time to nanny him non-stop. We wanted some business cards doing for. So, he employed the service of "Jim" his friend-business associate, an average-poor graphic designer - who we discussed and agreed upon that we'd use him should any low-budget graphics and print work come our way. Anyway, my partner got txted me today and said: The design for them is £40" ($70). Fair enough I said. Sounds reasonable. Anyway he sent me the designs, I had some spare time today to check it out and found them on graphicsriver.net for $6 (obvious). Jim had downloaded the template and changed a few words around. 2 minute job. My partner is non the wiser. What do you think? Shall I pay this guy for having the balls to blackhat his future colleagues?
