Why are rape victims often punished by Islamic courts as adulterers? Under Islamic law, rape can only be proven if the rapist confesses or if there are four male witnesses. Women who allege rape, without the benefit of the act having been witnessed by four men who subsequently develop a conscience, are actually confessing to having sex. If they or the accused happens to be married, then it is considered to be adultery. For example this further explained by the former Muslin and jihadists, Walid Shoebat, and now a Christian in his book FOR GOD OR FOR TYRANNY for on page 270 he wrote "The hated of women in an Islamic society is so immense that even if a women is raped, she is stoned to death." Furthermore, the very idea of blaiming the victim who was raped and not the rapeist is an affront to God. For is written in the Bible in Proverbs 17:15. "Accquitting the guilty and condemming the innocent-the Lord detests them both." Kindly Enlighten us with more information and share your views and these facts...
