So this is Clickbank's refund policy:
Quote:
ClickBank will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.
So that means that after roughly 2 months, no refund, right? But I looked at my transactions today and I see this:
Screenshot from 2012-09-16 15:07:08.jpg What the hell? That guy got a refund
over 3 months later. That's well over 60 days. I thought I was "in the clear" with that one? Is it possible that he found some way to fake his purchase date and get a refund anyway? Should I email Clickbank about this? Because I don't see anything about refunds after 60 days. Thanks!
