9/11- Never forget! Where were you 11 years ago today? Sep 11th 2012, 16:57 I remember it like it was yesterday. I woke up and was making some breakfast and coffee when the phone rang. A friend of ours back on the east coast (I'm in California) called us and told us to turn on the news. I turned the TV on and saw a tower burning. Moments later the second plane crashed into the second into the second tower. I'll never forget that metal image in my head. Where were you when it happened? RIP the many innocent people that had their lives taken 11 years ago. THANK YOU to all the Firefighters, police and civilians that died trying to help. We will never forget!
