hello all, i contacted BHW member "funkiens" in regards to a netspend card that i needed purchased for me and we worked out business deal. i was ready to send payment instantly but he said he would only take LR and at the time LR was down for several days. after LR coming back up i had to go to exchanger since i had no LR. this process took longer than i would have liked but was completed. although the business deal was for $80 USD, through miscommunication with exchanger he was sent $130 USD instead. i was going to kindly ask him to refund the overage but as soon as i sent payment this guy disappears from skype and stops coming on skype altogether except one time. i try to contact him via BHW PM and he gives excuse about being all depressed because i took so long to send him money, blames me for this, and says he would need some time to hop on skype and work things out. this doesn't make sense because he requested only LR and that's why it took longer to send payment instead of in instant. he has not logged on to reply to my repeated skype messages. for PMs, he has not responded after his depressed excuse but has logged into BHW just yesterday.
